Val Vista Lakes Community Association has excellent practice areas including two soccer/football fields, a baseball/softball field, and an outdoor basketball court.  Val Vista Lakes Community Association offers one-time and league reservations to residents of Val Vista Lakes.  In order to avoid overlap please comply with the following required guidelines:

To reserve a field or court for a one-time usage:

• A Val Vista Lakes member must remain on the premises at all times with their guests.
• Residents can reserve the area up to 48 hours in advance. 
• Members are given a fifteen (15) minute grace period for their reservation.  If a member does not show up after fifteen (15) minutes from the reserved time, the reservation is cancelled and the area is considered first-come, first-serve. 

Leagues can reserve an area thirty days (30) in advance for three (3) months.  To qualify as a league:

• Teams must consist of 50% Val Vista Lakes residents.  Teams consisting of less than 50% Val Vista Lakes residents do not qualify as a league.  Reservation for non-leagues would need to follow one-time usage guidelines as outlined above.
• An official roster from the sponsoring agency is required.  A phone number for the governing official of the league also needs to be included.
• Proof of insurance from the sponsoring agency must be provided.  Val Vista Lakes Community Association needs to be named as an additionally insured.
• A waiver of liability form must be signed by all participating non-residents (or parent/legal guardian if under 18 yrs old). 

Qualified Leagues may reserve the field or court as follows:

• A  Park Reservation Form must be completed.  Forms are available at the front desks of the clubhouse or click here. 
• League teams may reserve an area twice a week, in two-hour blocks.
• All required paperwork must be submitted for a reservation to be confirmed.
• A Val Vista Lakes member must remain on the premises at all times with their guests.
• Extensions for league reservations (after the original 3 months) will be accepted no more than fourteen (14) days in advance.
• Members are given a fifteen (15) minute grace period for their reservation.  If a member does not show up after fifteen (15) minutes from the reserved time, the reservation is cancelled and the area is considered first-come, first-serve.

There are 3 parks in Val Vista Lakes and 4 areas available for reservation for your next sporting event or practice.   One-time reservations may be made up to 48 hours in advance.  Standing team practices may be made up to 30 days in advance, for a maximum of 2 days per week, in 2 hour blocks, for a period of 3 months.  Standing team practices require an official team roster consisting of a minimum of 50% residents and certificate of insurance from the sponsoring team agency.  Supporting documents must be received by the administrative offices within 48 hours to confirm reservations.
