PLEASE NOTE:  The July meeting of the Board of Directors has been cancelled.

 

There will be a Public Hearing for the proposal to change the zoning classification and the General Plan Amendment for approximately 20.01 acres of land from Shopping Center (SC) to General Commercial (GC) at the southeast corner of Baseline Road and Greenfield Road.  The project was originally denied on 5/27/08 by the Town Council.  On 6/10/08 the Town Council moved to reconsider the GP and ZN cases at the 7/8/08 Town Council meeting.  The 7/8/08 meeting will be held at 7pm.  To verify the meeting date and time, please call the Planning Department at 480-503-6700.

4TH OF JULY SANDCASTLE CONTEST - FRIDAY, JULY 4, 9AM
Grab your shovels, cups, buckets, and other “secret weapons” to create a sandcastle masterpiece!  The whole family is invited to share in this fun event and have a chance to win a 4 pack of tickets to the movies!  Registration opens at 9am and judging and awards will conclude at 11am.

 

DIAMONDBACKS GAME - SATURDAY, AUGUST 23, 5:10PM
You can purchase discounted tickets for the Diamondbacks vs the Florida Marlins on Saturday, August 23 game to enjoy with your neighbors and friends!  We have reserved 50 tickets each in Club Reserve (section 205) and Infield Reserve (section 308).  Cost for Club Reserve is $18.50/ticket and for Infield Reserve is $7.50/ticket.
