Pre-registration and payment in advance is required for all classes. Unless specified, registration for all programs will be accepted through the first week of the program.
Payments may be paid on line with your Visa\Mastercard or you may make your payment by dropping off a check at the Clubhouse within 24 hours of registering for the class.
In order to pay with a check, please complete the on line registration and hit the submit button. An email will be sent to you. Print out the email confirmation and drop off the confirmation along with your check to the Clubhouse within 24 hours of your on line registration.

TAOIST TAI CHI Presented by the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA, the Society's internal arts of health incorporate stretching and turning into a sequence of movements that improve the health of body, mind, and spirit. They reduce tension, improve circulation and balance, and increase strength and flexibility. Over time, these internal arts reach deep inside the body to benefit its entire physiology and restore the calmness and peace of mind often lost through the excessive desires and anxieties of daily life.
You should wear comfortable clothes that allow you to stretch and flat shoes that provide support and balance as you learn the moves.

BODY SCULPTING Body Sculpting combines low impact cardio and muscle training to tone, shape and strengthen your body. The class begins with low impact cardio for fat burning and endurance. Muscle training using hand-held weights and resistance exercises to tone the upper and lower body are next. The last segment of the class focuses on core strengthening and stretching. Participants need to bring their own weights and a mat.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING Get a fun an effective workout while the kids are at swim team or workout in air-conditioned comfort in the afternoons. Pam Barker, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with 10 years of personal training experience, is offering small group personal training sessions for participants of all levels of fitness. This is a great way to take advantage of a full fitness assessment, program design and a one-hour workout (including strength training, cardiovascular activity and stretching) while remaining very cost effective.
