Register for any of the classes that VVL has to offer on line. All classes are outlined below with on line registration procedures. Pre-registration and payment in advance is required for all classes. Unless specified, registration for all programs will be accepted through the first week of the program.
Payments may be paid on line with your Visa\Mastercard or you may make your payment by dropping off a check at the Clubhouse within 24 hours of registering for the class.
In order to pay with a check, please complete the on line registration and hit the submit button. An email will be sent to you. Print out the email confirmation and drop off the confirmation along with your check to the Clubhouse within 24 hours of your on line registration.
CHAMPIONSHIP MARTIAL ARTS Championship Martial Arts believes in building champions in life and in martial arts by teaching respect, discipline and perseverance. Classes are available for children through adult, beginner through black belt.
Curriculum includes: Taekwondo, Defending against Knives & sticks (Escrima), Grappling techniques and Self-defense.
Women's Morning Class Teaches Taekwondo and Self - Defense. Good workout including stretching.

Adult Open Class Teaches Beginning thru Advanced Taekwondo, Self - Defense, and Weapons

BODY SCULPTING Body Sculpting combines low impact cardio and muscle training to tone, shape and strengthen your body. The class begins with low impact cardio for fat burning and endurance. Muscle training using hand-held weights and resistance exercises to tone the upper and lower body are next. The last segment of the class focuses on core strengthening and stretching. Participants need to bring their own weights and a mat.

PRIVATE YOGA

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Get a fun an effective workout while the kids are at swim team or workout in air-conditioned comfort in the afternoons. Pam Barker, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with 10 years of personal training experience, is offering small group personal training sessions for participants of all levels of fitness. This is a great way to take advantage of a full fitness assessment, program design and a one-hour workout (including strength training, cardiovascular activity and stretching) while remaining very cost effective.
Work out smarter, not harder and have fun doing it.

AFTERBURN BOOT CAMP
Looking to revitalize your workout routine? Need something fun and challenging? Look no further! Join Val Vista Lakes' certified personal trainer, Jon Lempke, for a "Boot Camp" workout at the Val Vista Lakes beach pool. The After Burn Boot Camp will include running, swimming, calisthenics, and strength training designed to double - even triple - the number of calories your body will burn per workout. Ages 18-60 of all fitness levels welcome. Classes begin Saturday mornings, beginning May 3rd. There is also a Mom's class scheduled for Wednesday mornings, beginning May 7th. MATCH PLAY DRILL CLINIC Enjoy fun instruction, competitive drills, and/or round robin match play. Advice will be given on effective tactics and singles and doubles strategy by PTM professional staff. Participants will be grouped according to skill level to ensure greater competition and fun for everyone. Get into the swing of things and join the fun!
